I was surprised with high quality level provided by the BOR hotel. This includes everything from overall experience to the small details of room design. Me and my kids enjoyed the pool and saunas. The restaurant was also exceptionally good. I had one of the best salmon steaks in my life. We are definitely coming back!

My family and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Queen of Zlatibor, and it was a delightful experience from start to finish. We are a family of four, with two boys aged 3 and 10, and the hotel catered to all our needs perfectly. The room we stayed in was immaculate, incredibly clean, and felt brand new. The furnishings were modern and comfortable, and we were treated to a stunning view that made our stay even more special. The attention to detail in the room's design and cleanliness was impressive and greatly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the gorgeous spa. It was a true oasis of relaxation with two swimming pools, one specifically designed for kids, which our boys absolutely loved. The hammam, sauna, and salt room were incredible, offering a serene escape for some much-needed adult relaxation. It was clear that the spa was well-maintained and thoughtfully designed to accommodate guests of all ages. The delightful breakfast included with our stay was another standout feature. It offered a wide variety of delicious options that satisfied both the kids and us. Starting our day with such a wonderful meal added to the overall enjoyment of our visit. The hotel also had a nice playroom for kids with new and nice toys, which our boys thoroughly enjoyed. It was a great space for them to play and unwind, giving us a bit of relaxation time as well. The hotel's staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or questions we had. Their warmth and professionalism contributed significantly to the overall positive experience we had at the Queen of Zlatibor. In summary, our stay at the Queen of Zlatibor was nothing short of fantastic. Included traditional SERBIAN breakfast and lunch and diner ( charged extra) were plentiful and tasty. We liked that we were close to everything and hosts provided us with hot plate and cups to make our drinks as we enjoy having English tea in comfort of our room.

The food was excellent, we had breakfast and dinner which were both buffet. There is a lot of variety to choose from, especially a selection of domestic specialties such as fish, pork, and cheese. The rooms are very comfortable. We had the Superior room that was set up for kids as we requested. The view was excellent, right on the main square. The bathroom is superb, having both a bathtub and a shower. The SPA was great, had 3 pools, and was very clean. Also, there is a playground for kids inside a hotel that has great staff and all sorts of toys for kids including obstacle playground that is very safe and soft.

The staff was very nice at the reception. The two ladies that were there to greet us were outstanding, I feel bad I did not get remember their names (one with the glasses and the other had blind bleached hair). They were at check in on Thursday July 27th in the aftn. I hope they get recognized by management as they were simply amazing. In addition, being from North America, we could not charge our electronics, but they called someone to bring the converter the next morning. The spa area is nice as well. I have no complains at all.
